30-Day, Hassle Free, Return Policy - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the original shipping date and choose either a refund, exchange or in-store credit for the value of goods minus shipping charges. We value our customers and are dedicated to providing world class service with your jewelry purchasing experience. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We must receive your returned item(s) within 30 days of the original shipping date. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". No returns after 30 days.
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• must not be a special order or a custom order

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately at Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund to credit card.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. No returns after 30 days.

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):

1. Contact our Customer Support Team at and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

2. Print a copy of your invoice here --> My Account. Please write directly on your invoice:
(1) RMA Number
(2) Whether you would like an Exchange? Store-Credit? or Refund?
(3) To improve customer satisfaction, please tell us why you decided to return your order.

4. Send your item(s), copy of your invoice and original packing materials to the address listed below.

We highly recommend the use of a courier that can supply you tracking information. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Also please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package. After we receive your package, our Customer Service Department will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s).

You can expect a refund or store credit shortly after we receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
